The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capitals, shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the spy4d Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. spy4d operates a strict 21+ policy. Players who are under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings under any circumstances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited for individual users.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Each individual may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by spy4d or any affiliated platform.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of spy4d or any of its technology, game-studio, or payment-processing partners.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

To access the full range of spy4d products and services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK where applicable), residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. spy4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. You must notify spy4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal request, spy4d requires completion of a KYC verification process. This typically involves submission of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of address or payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• Account Suspension: spy4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any other prohibited conduct.

You acknowledge that the Account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other individual. Any attempt to transfer account ownership is void and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on the spy4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. spy4d supports deposits via all major Indonesian local bank transfers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and OCBC NISP, as well as the major Indonesian e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt by our payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page and may be adjusted by spy4d at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts are processed automatically within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the spy4d Account. spy4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or cryptocurrency addresses.

• Withdrawal Verification: Where unusual activity is detected, spy4d may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a security measure designed to protect the Player.
• Pending Bonus Funds: Withdrawals cannot be processed while Bonus Funds with an unsatisfied wagering requirement remain active in your Account. You may forfeit active bonus funds to unlock a withdrawal; contact live chat support to do so.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in IDR. spy4d does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside spy4d's control.
• Transaction Limits: spy4d applies minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted as part of responsible gaming interventions.

spy4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms is suspected. All financial transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening in accordance with applicable international standards.

spy4d periodically offers promotions, bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 10x means you must place total bets equal to ten times the bonus amount before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real money.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Sportsbook bets, live casino games, slots, and other product categories may contribute at different rates, as specified per promotion. Bets placed on certain low-margin games (e.g., baccarat, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers carry an expiry period, clearly stated per promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all related bonus balances being voided.
• Abuse and Fraud: spy4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, coordinated play designed to exploit promotion terms, and use of betting patterns that carry no risk to the player ("matched betting" on spy4d internal markets). Where abuse is confirmed, spy4d reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and suspend the Account.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the spy4d Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games) are published separately within each product section and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by spy4d's risk management system. spy4d reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time without explanation, including bets from accounts identified as professional or sharp-betting operations.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds or game outcomes are published due to a manifest error (e.g., an odds feed malfunction, a software display error), spy4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. spy4d will not honour winnings derived from obvious errors in odds, paylines, or game logic.
• Sportsbook — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are supported on the spy4d sportsbook. Each individual selection within a mix parlay must be on a different match or event. Minimum odds per selection and maximum payout limits apply as displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. Once accepted, live bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Late bets placed after an event's outcome is known will be voided and stakes returned.
• Disconnections: spy4d is not responsible for bets or game sessions interrupted by your internet disconnection or device failure. All game results are determined by the server at the time of play; any unfinished game round will be completed automatically and the outcome recorded as final.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet and single-session payout limits apply across all products. These limits are published within each product section and may be updated without prior notice. spy4d reserves the right to pay out amounts in excess of the published maximum at its own discretion but is under no obligation to do so.

All games supplied by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) are governed by those studios' own certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages and game rules, which are published within each game's help section.

spy4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Players. The Platform is for adult entertainment only (21+). The following player protection tools are available to all registered accounts at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and may only be decreased immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spy4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets, and forfeiture of the Account Balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Allowing, enabling, or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on any product.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds feeds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit will be voided and the Account suspended.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment credentials, or disputed chargebacks as a withdrawal mechanism.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games (including chip dumping in poker variants) or in any sports betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the spy4d Platform's software, odds engine, or user interface.

All content on the spy4d Platform — including but not limited to the spy4d brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, odds data, and game assets supplied by licensed third-party studios — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of spy4d or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with this Agreement.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of spy4d.
• Game content, RNG certifications, and payout tables from third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) are the intellectual property of the respective studios and are used by spy4d under licence.

Any unauthorised use of spy4d's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spy4d and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers expressly exclude liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, regardless of whether spy4d had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond spy4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Outcomes of individual bets or game rounds, which are governed by probability and certified RNG systems.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, spy4d's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by such law. In no event shall spy4d's aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

spy4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Data Collected: Personal information including full name, date of birth, national identity details, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method details, and device/session data.
• Purpose: Data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, personalised promotions, and customer support.
• Data Security: All personal data is stored with 256-bit AES encryption at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.3 connections. spy4d does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Retention: Account data is retained for the lifetime of the Account plus a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required by international AML compliance standards.

spy4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs material changes:

• spy4d will publish the revised Terms & Conditions on this page with an updated Effective Date.
• For material changes (those that significantly affect Player rights, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions), spy4d will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Account and/or via a notification displayed on login.
• Your continued use of the Platform following the Effective Date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact live chat support to initiate Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance prior to the amendment's Effective Date.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming and betting services. spy4d operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and applies compliance standards consistent with leading regulated jurisdictions.

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, spy4d encourages Players to first contact live chat support or email [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours.
• Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may escalate the matter to spy4d's designated Complaints Officer, whose contact details are available upon request via live chat.
• Language: All dispute communications shall be conducted in English. Where a Player communicates in Indonesian, spy4d's Indonesian-speaking support team will facilitate translation; however, the English version of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
